Instructions for updating the Survey3 camera firmware:

1→.Click the link below to download the firmware file, then copy the .bin file to an empty SD card.

2→.Make sure the camera's battery power is at least 50% and the camera is turned off. Do not connect USB power during firmware update.

3. →Insert the card into the camera and press the front or top button to start the update. During the update, the camera's LED will blink and beep.

4. → After the camera is fully powered on, the new firmware has been installed. You can confirm by checking the firmware version in the camera settings using the rear LCD navigation.

*If the camera does not detect the firmware file, please format the SD card from the setting option on the camera.
